
Serendip came to us as a startup project. A founder new to building a consumer product and an online business. We took on the brand from a specific brief: skincare rooted in traditional Eastern medicine but developed with modern science, with the identity having to hold both sensibilities at once. The swallow, the bamboo, and the jade colouring were the elements she wanted reflected in the brand's visuals.
From there we helped take the product to market - packaging design, e-commerce build, product photography, 3D campaign assets, and the initial brand strategy.
